I would go with Merck. Or maybe Dimitry Vision or Sarah Miller even though they specialise in colour realism. Also maybe even Acker but again another color realism artist. Also John Pohl...

You can simply overlap (put a new piece on top of the peeling area) if needed. I have been using this method for a while now and I will never go back.

And it's probably the area I get the most compliments on the (the artwork, not the huge gut)

I have work from Carlos and he can definitely do what you want. It's funny you would even question his creativity. You can also try to get in with Victor Portugal since he comes to the states more often. Also like I mentioned on the other forum, Josh Duffy would kill that also.

Just booked my 3rd Tattoo! Was on social media and noticed that the artist who did my first 2 tattoos (Christian Buckingham) was booking some time during the Evergreen Tattoo Invitational in Springfield, Oregon. Shot him a text and got set up to get another piece from him on March 4th.....I am STOKED! My brother lives in Portland so this will be such an easy trip, he let me set up the guest room to my liking a couple years back and there is an extra car and everything!! YAY!! (the tattoo will be an evil looking skull with maybe some glowing eyes? and will be on my left shoulder).

Probably mentioned this before, but I have Russ Abbott on Sunday and Victor Portugal on Wednesday!!!

I booked WAY too many projects this year just trying to list them is giving me chest pains. Current project is a Jesse Smith/Will Gonzalez neck to knee back piece colab, started last month should take a year and a half or so. Have Lindsay baker doing a new school dog at the DC convention mid Jan. Also have Russ Abbott doing a chest piece that same weekend, then I have Halo starting an aliens inspired rib piece in March, then I am doing a Steve Compton snail or ducky at Baltimore convention mid April, then I have Danny bayron reworking my xenomorph knee piece in July. Just too damn much going on.

I have my ass tattooed as part of my back piece also, but i think my favorite ass specific tattoo is the one Yallzee got from Filip Leu
