  1. Great work so far this month. Glad to see some more progress @Diehardonvhs Diehard, you're going to be hitting that other cheek?

Thanks! Yeah, next session actually! I asked for it to be left blank until I had finished a piece by Jess Yen on the side of the thigh, but we have reached a point where we just have to get all the background done now, so hopefully next week we will get the other cheek and thigh finished (fingers crossed we have the time).

  2. Hey guys quick question, I'm goin to be setting up an appointment soon to get my elbow done, getting a tradtional rose with a wolf in the middle , and I was wondering not sure how to word this but I've seen a few japanese style pictures where the wolf/tiger/what have you has a rope tied around it's head with like a skull on it? Really vague description. But if anyone knows what I'm talking about or have reference picture. That would be super helpful thanks!

That skull on the head with rope is from Kitsune reference - You can search Kitsune tattoos or Kitsune mythology and find some good stuff!

  3. Love the two different color eyes and the split tail! Nice!!!

Thankyou, I asked specifically for the eyes to be like that, I love odd-eyed cats! The split tail comes from Japanese folklore, I've always loved the Nekomata especially, they supposedly are cats that were treated badly in life, and in death gain the powers of necromancy, murder and arson for their malevolent revenge. Bad kitties.

  4. Give squats a miss if it's up on your upper back! I am in the same situation, healing my back while trying to maintain lifting progress - I haven't found any major problems after sessions on my back above the beltline (aside from squats), its when I'm healing the ass and back of thighs that I feel almost crippled - it cuts out a huge amount of exercises! This might not be the best advice, but I just hold off heavy lifting completely for five or six days, go for a couple of runs, then get back to it when I am healed up, maybe drop the weight a bit and carry on as normal!
