  1. Not meant to be a dig. Reading that just got me thinking of Stuart.

People are honestly just trying to help you out. You might find some responses perhaps a little snarky, but I would hope you can see it from their side. People on this site are passionate about their work, trying to make sure that people are educated enough to take care of their current and future art. If you ask a question and then dismiss the response, that seems disrespectful, not only to them but to the art itself. Go to reddit if you just want to ignore people. Tattoing isn't just a fad to them, some shiny object to be picked up one second only to be discarded and forgotten the next. If you are willing to put something on your body, it shouldn't be for you either. You may have yolo'd your way into this tattoo, but respect it enough to take care of it so that it doesn't look like crud down the road. Best of luck, have fun playing blackjack.

Best bet would be a thin long sleeve shirt. I have to wear one for work, and although it does get warm, I will take having to drink a little extra water and being uncomfortable over messing up permanent art that I spent a lot of money on.
  4. I haven't felt this teased since I dated that orthodox chick in high school. Marcus is giving me blue balls!
  5. @Joe Shit . Dude, you are an awesome treasure trove for finding artists, thanks!
  6. Doing a marathon session with Neil England at the Seattle tattoo expo on August 10th. He's going to do a hawk on the right chest/upper arm. I'm preparing snacks, a couple of audiobooks, and a squishy pillow. Wheeee!
  7. I always keep my heavy metals away from the monster magnet.
  8. Would be a good opportunity/excuse to revisit your artists so they can re-apply the tattoo image onto your prosthetic.
  9. Just cover it with a giant infinity symbol with your significant others name worked in. Wayyyyyy better than the awesome piece that you already have.
  10. @KegRN water color paintings can be striking and beautiful on canvas. The big difference being tattoos don't age as gracefully as a preserved canvas.. Unless you are dating hanibul lecter.
  11. I was wondering why clipping my toenails was so painful. ACK!
  12. Good stuff :) One question though; are those his pants or a leg brace?
  13. @else , ha! Ships passing in the night. The wife and I are headed down to diamond lake (southeast of Eugene) from washington right now to pick up our camping kiddos. I'm glad to hear you made it safely!
  14. @keepcalm is a tough cookie, she can handle it :)
  15. Getting another 4 hours in on my dragon tomorrow night after 14 hours in the car to pick up the kiddos. I told my wife we need to be back in enough time for me to shower, eeek!
  16. Haha, I would never do such a thing. It was more so a testament to Tyson's ability to liquefy people's insides.
  17. Greetings and salutations!
  18. Headed up to liberty today. After seeing @David Flores ' spider in person and watching Matt Arriola's stuff on instagram I can't wait any longer to get up there and check it out. http://web.stagram.com/p/502343079593602638_11900858 is just amazing.
  19. I was curious what that would be like, so I watched this....... "Hopefully you made it to the hospital okay, and I've prepared some flowers to be sent to your room.

    Hello

Greetings and welcome to the forums :)
  21. Big scheme of things bud, it's not a huge deal. You've got many years and options ahead of you, so just take a deep breath and try not to sweat it too much. Glass half full is that it's easily covered by clothing until you fix it if that's what you want and you presumably have a ton of other space on your body to cover with really killer tattoos. Start diving into the art and culture and you'll be so into what you are getting next that you'll most likely forget what was bothering you in the first place.
  22. Wading through reddit tattoos can be entertaining but it's a lot like cable television: one or two good shows surrounded by crap.
  23. Been drawing a bunch of flash, which has been super fun. They still look like they were drawn by someone in the midst of an epileptic fit, but it's been good times nonetheless. I plan to take a class at the college once the misses gets settled into her job. Thanks so much for the feedback!
