hi and welcome, IMO I would look for an artist that likes doing and does a lot of color work,
many black & gray artists are really good at B&G,that may be their primary type of work,
the same goes for a color specialist ,
it's a cool tattoo,
and I don't give a F*** what other people say or think about my tattoos.
if somebody wants to talk about tattoos, then I like to do that,if nobody says anything about my tattoos, then that's fine too.
what could possibly be "one of them being the history and interpretations that could be made about spiderwebs on the elbow" ? if you are worried about what other people think about your tattoos, STOP GETTING TATTOOS RIGHT NOW !
2nd, I was going to say, put a spider web on your elbow with a skeleton spider on it.
find the right artist that likes doing coverups & is good at it, they could do just fine,
what you have to do is a lot of research to find the right person,
I have a couple coverups that are perfect.
