if you aint got time to ask - how you gonna find time to actually get the tatt - c'mon now i'm surprised you were able to clear your schedule to be able to post your question ;)

jonesy sorry you are bummed man - now myself i like it - but i understand that this tatt has alot of meaning in which the details play an important part that said - it sounds like your artist wasnt paying enough attention to the details in design AND execution - I wouldnt mess with it personally (the idea has been captured - rock that badass faked line tatt) but if you must - I wouldnt go back to that artist - you dont owe him anything just my 2cents - good luck

this definitely makes sense - i think that as time has gone on i'm not stressed out at all about getting tattooed its not that it doesnt hurt or that i have figured out how to handle it you just get used to it as a part of the process and i still stick to this - the pain is a part of the process - part of the experience - a valuable part to me

yeah CABS they are so well done - i like the interviews on LST also - but those videos are super cool - all of them - it gets me itching to branch myself out to get work from different artists in the future - which i'm doing actually - but just not to that level - i'm hittin more the jersey based folks time and funds allowing - i'll get there

sometimes it can be a location thing too - upper arms were super easy for me - almost relaxing type of feeling - ribs - er-uh - not so much - everything else was in between but i'm going back on the ribs in a month so i guess it wasn't that bad right ;)

well 8 hours sounds like a hell of a long time - perhaps too long - longest sessions i have had were 5 hours and generally 4 hours in i feel like i'm 'good' anyway - i wouldnt recommend being high or anything - and i agree the pain is a part of the experience - you got through it - it hurt - so whats the problem ;)

Well first I would not go back to this artist i see now that the words were intended to have a combined meaning what i thought was that the words were done independently and then you could treat each as a separate chest piece anyway - thats not the case but - i also should mention if this artist did a stencil placement on these words i'm guessing you ok'd the placement so make sure next time you get ink that you like what you see before the tattooing starts edit: but as i said before - i dont think its that bad - i'd rather leave it and add some more ink in another spot or incorporated into these areas - but if you are gonna cover one - i agree with seesea - cover animal

thanks omletta now we can see what he is talking about i dont think either of them is too bad curious were they done at the same time? i think if you added some work into each area then the issue with the asymmetry might be alleviated as far as wrecking your life dont panic - just get more tattoos ;)
