my wife got this octopus

it was put next to this  mermaid Oliver did last February ,she is working on a traditional underwater leg

and I got this on my right upper thigh,it's about 9"x8"

I landed an apprenticeship! I will be working under Jeff Wilson and John Dohe at Infinite Expressions in Charlottetown PEI, Canada.
Realy stoked, but just trying to figure out money/moving stuff. Herecare a coupke pieces by them. Super low key, but awesome artists/tattooers. Im hoping to start practicing tebori early as well, as its something Ive always wanted to do. We'll see.

This is not a civil rights instance. Or at least it shouldn't be. Equating this circumstance to the terrible divisions and hate people faced (and still do in many parts of the world) is "embarrassing". Lumping things like this in with legitimate cases of discrimination trivializes the injustices those people are facing. 
And, since you side-stepped it in your other response: Who's rights are being violated if you are required by law to provide a service or labor for someone against your will because of a cosmetic life choice they made? Do others have a right to your labor simply because they ask? 
Rights have to go both ways if they are rights.

Why would you want to be served by/ work for someone who hates you? Forcing them to serve you makes zero sense, and I dont see how anyone could feel good about that. If they dont want you around, then dont go. Let them think what they want. Forcing people to comform to other's agendas doesnt work, and creates even more devision and hostility. Who cares.

Not entirely true. From my understanding, dragons are neutral, but the majority of the time tend to be good omen. There are many instances in which dragon fight humans. Tamatori the pearl diver running from Ryujin is a good example of a ryu/human conflict. Or Susanoo who slayed the dragon Orochi to save Kushinadahime. Or the dragon that was eating children that the goddess Benzaiten soothed with her beauty, and latter (in some stories) married the dragon. There are other instances in which a witch transforms herself into a dragon as well, and stories of multi-headed evil dragon. Although rare, there are certain instances in which ryu fight swordsman.
But as for your tattoo, less is more. If I were you Id just go with a dragon skeeve with nothing else, but thats just me.

Great images, @a_beukeveld. I have seen some of these, but some are new to me. Thanks for posting.
The first time I saw large flowers around nipples, I thought it was a little tacky, too “in your face,” like “Hey everybody! Attention! Here are my nipples! Right here!” But I eventually softened on that. When the peony nipple is part of an overall composition of large flowers it is not as in-your-face, because it looks like a natural part of a larger composition.
The Sakura version is striking because the blossoms are the theme of the whole piece (at least in the front). That is what makes it a cool tt and visually very strong. So the two Sakura on the nipples just look like part of the cascade and are almost not noticeable.
My preliminary planning is for the theme of my piece in the front to consist of a variety of large flowers on the chest and arms, so the peony version might be more compatible with that. I suppose that big flowers could be added to the sakura example, but I think it might dilute the strength of the Sakura-only concept.
I’ve always thought that the bigger flower (peony) approach look is especially suited to women, because as @soraya said, it compliments the shape of the breast.

Hint: there is a word for forcing someone to provide goods, services and labor against their will...
 

Not really sure where to put this so Ill just put it here. Sorta related to my Fudo Meow tattoo. This is Chris Anthon tattooing me at the Hub City Expo 2 nights ago, taken by the local news paper.

Businesses should be alloud to discriminate against anyone they want to. Its a priveledge to eat at a restaurant, not a right. This is the same situation as people complaining that they're discriminated against in job interviews because of they're tattoos/piercings. They're in their right for not hiring who they want for any reason. 
Besides, why would you want to eat/work somewhere where you're not welcome, just because they were forced to hire/serve. Imagine if tattooers were FORCED to tattoo anyone and anything, just so no one feels left out. Doesnt really make sense.

Got this rad biker skull guy from @sour_jon Jon Gray at the Moncton Convention yesterday. Turns out its not a german SS skull with a stick grenade through the head, but a biker guy with a piston through the head. Shows what I know about bikes/cars!
Still love it. Going back today to knock out a few more.

Although sakura are my favorite, the peoney is a good choice. Horkin's wife's nipples are peoney, and there are allot of old bodysuits with peoney nipples. As you can see, larger slowers are much more typical as it hides more of the aeriola.
