Thanks guys! I gravitate to old school stuff ... the 50s was my time haha. Here is a better shot I think.

I wanted to share the tattoo I got today from Bryan Randolph at Shangri La Tattoo. I think he did an amazing job. Great artists and shop there!
Yes, it's oozing a bit 🙂

Saniderm: Also peel that stuff off slow slow slow in the shower. I tore a gash of skin off with it and now have a scar. Tattoo healed amazing with it. Colors super vibrant. next time I would use sanibalm on it first before applying. Can’t wait to see what u get

Dang my tattoo is scheduled this Wed... doubt it would arrive on time. Maybe Walgreens or someplace local to me carries it? Will look around

In fact, you only need to limit your training in the first few days, and then you can do sports. However, it is worth remembering that all this is possible only with proper care. To avoid problems, read the article on the care and healing time of tattoos.

Please don't take my previous words the wrong way: I did not mean that greyscale tattoos are not admissible in the american traditional style, because I know nothing about the specific style and so I can't tell which rules (if any) it should follow. When I say that I find the greyscale rendition of that tattoo "inappropriate" what I mean is that in my opinion it would take away most of the peculiarities that make the specific design beautiful and/or noteworthy.

I have a gigantic portion of my body covered by Scott Sylvia, and I can't recommend him and the crew at Black Heart enough. He is a legend in the game for good reason - a hell of a tattooer for 30+ years, fast as they come, and a great guy. Plus he started this website.
Idle Hand is a killer shop in SF as well.
Temple Tattoo is a bay area institution and worth looking into the guys there.
FTW in Oakland is a strong shop too.
A lot of the Spider Murphy's folks have moved and opened Shangri La. Both of those shops are pumping out killer work.
Long story short, there are plenty of places to look in SF/Oakland/Bay Area, and that's just traditional.

Yes, I am planning on a half sleeve from wrist to elbow done in old school Americana. Exact images on the inside or outside forearm yet to be decided.
