Hey guys! Just want to introduce myself😊I’m new here but no stranger to tattoos! I have several and plan to get many more! I’ve had both good and bad experiences, and have coverups due to some bad experiences. Looking forward to making friends among like minded people!

Geeking so hard about my next tattoo that I had to put a countdown widget on my phone. Come on Thursday.

  11. ah, thanks @JAC1961 honestly this is all for best. I don't think I have ever had an opportunity for life freedom like this. Just shy of 40 and everything else in my life is going awesome, so I'm focusing on that. New beginnings...hey prob some more tattoos 😉 in places that weren't approved under the marriage contract haha.

  13. LOL who cares ?!?!? it's going to look like a nicely settled 20 yo tattoo. maybe you shouldn't be getting tattoos if that is a serious concern of yours. here is one of my 24 yo tattoos (never touched up)

  15. Love that Myke Chambers squidpant. I saw some amazing legs being worked on by Thomas Hooper (I hear y'all have heard of him?) the last time I was at Saved. At a certain point I looked up from my own spot and all I saw in front of me was a row of men in their boxers, one finishing up and one getting started, both with very inky legs, standing in waiting with their faces buried in their iphones, and in my own tattoo haze I was pretty sure it was the funniest thing I'd ever seen. I think this photo is a bit of one of those legs: Source

  16. That's because your back is weirdly sensitive. Ever asked someone to rub your shin? Nope. But back rubs are awesome because your back has a million sensitive spots, all of which feel super fucking awesome when getting tattooed, especially the lower back. You already know that tattoos hurt, and you seem to be acutely aware that the back will hurt, too. You also know that you're already on this path (didn't you just get your hand tattooed?) and that the back is the ultimate canvas. you just need to figure out what you're getting and who's gonna do it, although something tells me that you have more than a few ideas in mind. While I did find the process to be painful (and expensive), I have no regrets at all about doing it. It was so exciting to see it come together, session by session. There's something about having a full back piece. It's something that I've always admired, but for years, I didn't think I'd be able to make the physical/financial/mental commitment to go through with it myself. Completing it was a big milestone for me, and I have a beautiful souvenir of the experience that I get to wear for life.
