On one leg I've got a shark, a coffee cup, a raven and skull, a mini coffin, a skull and dagger, a smashing pumpkins logo, the letter P, a torch, an apple... and a few more. Don't worry about other people, who sound like they have no tattoos anyway.

It will. Your replies make it seem like you're hoping someone has a trick, or secret ink that will stay black and last forever. It won't. No amount of asking, re-phrasing, and re-asking will change that. It just won't happen. Ever. Give up on tattoos now. What you're after doesn't exist, no matter how bad you want it to.
I wish I could eat everything I want, never exercise, and not get fat. That won't happen. Asking strangers on the internet how to make that happen, and then not accepting "it won't work" as a correct answer, doesn't make it any more possible.

I'm surprised we don't have this thread yet; or it's here and I've never seen it. This is a tattoo forum so I would think to keep it fairly or at least somewhat tattoo related. That said, I will probably be the first to post upcoming shows that aren't at all related.
My good friend and work buddy Joel Long is having a show at Adrian's new spot, scrolls and paintings that will completely blow your mind. A bunch of it was displayed at a local gallery late last year, and I posted a couple of teasers from that show, but this is a chance to see them in person and see some new ones as well. Myself and a few of the others from Bolder Ink will be in attendance. Show up and hang out drink wine eat cheese mingle shake hands buy artwork and all that other stuff.

At some point yesterday I was talking about the tv shows and I realized why they are more popular than a lot of other reality shows. Most of the other ones aren't something the common person does or can afford; not a lot of ice truckers, not everyone can be a fashion model, not everyone can afford a motorcycle, but anyone can walk into a tattoo shop & get an affordable way to feel like you are part of Tv Land and feel like they are part of a Reality that they most likely don't realize doesn't actually exist.

@junior, I'm not sure how many replies it's going to take for you to get it, but tattoos aren't going to last forever and they're not going to look perfect forever. You have to accept that going in. If you don't, as multiple people have said, a tattoo is not for you. Use your "life savings" or $500 that you mentioned in the other thread and spend it on something else.

How about not getting a tattoo? They aren't perfect images that last forever in your skin, if you can't accept that, don't get one. Your mind numbing drivel is diluting the purpose of this forum.

I used to work with Rus; he's a rad dude and a great friend. We worked a booth at the Montreal show together a few years ago.
