I think most of us agree that in most cases having tattoos should not negatively effect a job applicants chance of being hired. But if you were a hiring manager would the quality of a job applicants tattoos effect your decision to hire them?

In Massachusetts we pay for sex change surgery for inmates serving life in prison for murder.....

Have you considered laser removal?

I can deal with the pain and soreness but the itchiness of a healing tattoo is unbearable sometimes.

i'm getting whatever he decides to give me... the only guidance i gave him was hannya and 3/4 sleeve. it goes without saying but i am very very very excited and happy to only have a ~2 month wait.

I've seen some well done pin up girl style tattoos wearing a team's jersey.

You would think it would make more sense business-wise to pay extra attention to the tattoo newbies who walk into the shop with lots of empty skin (like myself) because if you provide them with a good experience they will keep coming back for more work.

Was in a wedding party 2 days after getting my half sleeve colored in. It had essentially turned into 1 big scab and the day of the wedding I had no time to step aside and reapply lotion so by the end of the night it was dry and very itchy. My dad "forgot" I had the tattoo and drunkenly grabbed/rubbed my arm while i was waiting in line at the bar, this ripped a few pieces of scab off and caused some minor bleeding. Left some blood stains on a nice dress shirt and needless to say I need a few spots touched up.
