hehe, I must be getting used to the pain, since I have had a lot of big tattoos the last few weeks! And more to come :) Only three weeks left till my next one, and that will be a one-shot twice the size of the one I did this weekend! :eek:

Haha mine is on page 360. I couldn't stay away from his offers of bactine to make it feel better. it's my biggest tattoo and took the longest to finish, and it hurts like a bitch right now. I was crawling out of my skin in pain though I didn't move around much until the charlie horses started to happen. Mine is about maybe half the size of yours... and so by conjecture, imagining how much yours hurt makes me cringe

Oh! Can't wait to see yours! Great minds think alike indeed! :o It's pretty big and it was hard staying away from the numbing spray, but Xam reminded me I'm supposed to be of Viking-blood, and all of a sudden I got super-powers to finish it! It was pretty bad when the super-powers stopped to work after we finished it though.. haha :cool:

@Eilin, this is so beautiful. Lol we both got ladies on our calves yesterday, great minds think alike? Btw, you're a trooper. Though my calf tattoo is big, I didnt appreciate how much it truly hurt until I saw how much of your calf you tattooed. You are a goddess, or have the best pain tolerance ever

is it different for ladies to get lady heads? i only have a couple right now, but wonder what my wife would think if i got 1 or 2 more. it's a little more difficult to tell my wife to sod off. =) for the most part, she doesn't care what i get... but she might have a hard time letting me get a back piece like this...

I agree with the rest of you, one can never have too many lady heads! I now have a lady from Valerie Vargas, Todd Noble and will have one from Xam on friday, and from Conn next month! And I will have many more in the future! :o

As I LOVE good food and getting tattooed this is the perfect thread for me :o Definitely going to check out Koya when I'm at FST next :) Also there is very good Mexican place near the shop, I'v been there once but can't remember the name exactly, but I think it might be called Wahaca! Good stuff! :o

haha! Here in Oslo we got some awesome restaurants but the once worth mentioning will all be so friggin expensive I think most people would rather save up that money to go get tattooed. Yes @Iwar, you heard me! :p

since none of you will end up in gothenburg it's kinda useless for me to tell you where to eat. too many places. so i say, if you're in my town, i'll cook for you!

Aw! soo cool Valerie is the best! There's supposed to be a really good Japanese place right across the street from FST, I didn't go there last time, but Val and Stewart recommended it when I asked them for places to eat. They know lots of good places in the area but the restaurants might not be open early if you are eating before the appt. :) Also maybe @jade1955 or @Jade1959 got some pointers?

Oh so cool! @Tim Burke what are you getting from Xam? I was really lucky getting my appt with him, he first told me that he didn't have any openings but then I got another email saying it's my lucky day and he just got a cancellation on the day I'm in London so it couldn't resist, even though I might have to live on nothing this summer to be able to afford all this :P Anyways, very stoked :)

My list is getting longer everyday now, and wallet getting thinner.. :O

Hello again! here's a little update after my 2nd session with Valerie at Frithstreet yesterday! One long session left before we finish the first part of my back :D Yay!

Love that everyone is just quitting their jobs, I did it a couple of weeks ago myself so from now on I'm my own boss! :cool: Since I'm the boss now I also booked a trip to Hollywood and tattoo appointments with Chris Conn and Bryan Burk! moahaha! Can't wait for May to arrive!

Also I got my second session on my back with Valerie next week, good times! Life is pretty good right now! :D
