    Oh yes.
I'm going to press him to send me something before I send the payment (and accidentally loose the receipt, of course). I've already worked out the story for that. This will give me the opportunity introduce my brother Greg Brady, just to add to the confusion.
Do you get the connection Mike Brady/Greg Brady?

    My reply
    Hi David
    Sorry to be a nuisance.
Just one more thing before I retire to my bed.
Would it be possible to send the money via the Post Offices money transfer. I can do that online, it's a lot more secure and I can send the money straight to your bank account. It's cheaper too as there are no fees. Western Union want to charge me £12.90.
All this FBI stuff got me thinking about the great old time I had with Grandaddy Brady (the one who was in the Black and Tans). Every Sunday I used to go round his house. He would reminisce about the good old days. He loved brass bands and was particularly thrilled when I took up an instrument. We would spend many a joyful Sunday afternoon, in the bedroom, tromboning and if I had done really well Grandmammy Brady would give me a blimpey. You must try one, David, if you're ever in Coleraine, its a local speciality.
Anyway sorry for being a silly old chatterbox.
    Warm regards
    Mike

I sent this a couple of minutes ago.
    Hi David
    Many thanks for your email.
David, please can I ask a question. What is an FBI guarantee letter and can you send me a copy of one please, just for my peace of mind.
It's just that I don't want anything to go wrong when I pay the cheque into my bank account as it is such a large sum of money.
I'm so excited and thankful to God what with my fathers money and now this, all in the matter of a few weeks. Please excuse my ramblings but my head is spinning at the moment. I just cant believe my luck.
I hope you don't mind me asking, David, but are you a real FBI agent? I ask this question because I love anything to do with law enforcement.
My old Grandaddy worked for the Black and Tans, in the Public Relations Dept.
My favourite film of all time is about the FBI. It's called Brokeback Mountain, have you seen it?
Anyway sorry again for all my ramblings.
I'll send the money after I hear back from you.
    Warmest regards
    Mike

Not really a funny story around the same subject....
Someone called my grandfather (who's going through chemo for the second time) pretending to be me saying that I was in jail and need 1,500 dollars in order to be bailed out. Since he's not really on his game because of the chemo he went to the bank, got out 1,500 dollars and awaited another phone call saying where to send the money to. He ended up western unioning that shit to Spain. Finally the next day, he calls me and asks me what type of shit I got myself into and why I needed 1,500 dollars. He felt pretty lame when I told him to call the cops and report it.
BUT... I found out that my grandfather would bail me out of jail without explanation... which was pretty great.

    Apparently
I recieved this email today. I won't bore you with the whole thing.
    Here's the gist
    "Federal Bureau of Investigation
    Anti-Terrorist and International Fraud Division.
    Federal Bureau Of Investigation.
    Seattle, Washington.
    ATTN: BENEFICIARY
This is to Officially inform you that it has come to our notice and we have
thoroughly completed an Investigation with the help of our Intelligence
Monitoring Network System that you legally won the sum of $800,000.00 USD from a
Lottery Company outside the United States of America. During our investigation
we discovered that your e-mail won the money from an Online Balloting System and
we have authorized this winning to be paid to you via a Certified Cashier's
    Check."
Aren't I the lucky one. All I have to do is send $500 via Western Union/Moneygram to cover fees etc.
Might have some fun with these motherfuckers.

    Yikes!
Now I'm not a big city lawyer but it seems to me that if my shoes were that valuable I wouldn't be putting my sweaty feet in them. Probably wouldn't be letting them come in contact with who knows what on the dirty dirty ground either. Honestly, who knows where other people have been with their shoes. What with all the non-human animals living out there and what not. Seems to me the best place to keep something like that is in a display case somewhere or maybe in a special box just for a matching pair. It would be some kind of storage place with other pairs of shoes. You could even keep some material inside each shoe to make sure they don't loose their shape. It could be call a shoe storage place or maybe "shoe store" for short. ;)
    Take it easy,
    Dude

other than that, I like the sushi boats in japan town @ isobune and if you feel like making a trek (not that far at all) over the golden gate bridge to sausalito try sushi ran.
    have a good trip

last night in LA a colleague took @Barbie Doll and I out to Eva Restaurant and it was amazing! When I wake up thinking about the meal I had the previous night I know my stomach really liked it!!
We did the five course chefs tasting which ended up being:
    1) egg, cauliflower, mustard sabayon, regianno
    2) a single live scallop, cooked on the hibachi, french butter, yuzu, black truffle (AMAZING!)
    3) foie gras "torchon", smoked walnuts, pink lady apple
    4) line caught john dory, english peas, almond milk, fried capers
and for the fifth course they brought us out one of each dessert
    A) Lemon Souffle Cake
    B) Chocolate Terrine
    C) some cold apple soup (I liked this the best though the rest of the table only thought it was good)

Sleep? What's that? I have a 3 year old, an 11 month old, a wife who has a herniated disk in her neck, I own a shop and tattoo full time. I really don't have time for sleep. But when I do lie awake in bed at 4am I think to myself, "what am I have for lunch"
