  1. tattoo remorse is very common, what you are feeling ,we have all felt,I am heavily tattooed and I still get that, it will pass, you will love your tattoo, and before you know it you will be planning your next tattoo, but for now,let it heal, embrace it, keep it out of the sun use some aveeno lotion on it daily, and show it off with pride.
  2. it was probably my reply,it was maybe too extreme, after a few beers I tend to be a little hard on the newbies.
  3. ripped off ? well,do your homework on artists.
  4. 1) there is no way in hell to get a "sleeve" of any quality for 900-$1500, maybe a 1/4 sleeve ? 2) and just because a shop is " most popular tattoo shop in Vegas" doesn't mean it has the best artists, probably has fast street tattooers, and popular vegas shops IMO are probably overpriced. 3) lastly but most important,is >>>>>>>
  5. hell ,for a tiny tattoo like that you probably didn't even need the saniderm, take off the saniderm , wash it a couple times a day, and put a very light coat of aveeno on it. done !
  6. it means that palm skin(which is half that tattoo) does not hold ink very well, fall out means it will fade away, I have that opinion because, I know from personal experience, many years of being tattooed, like 35+ years, seeing other peoples hand tattoos over the years, reading and viewing online tattoo forums like these, and just generally being involved with tattooed people, the tattoo life style, attending many tattoo conventions, talking to other tattooed people, LOL
  7. the little corner you circled is the least of your worries, most of that tattoo will fall out in time.

    Tattoo Faded

    I love this ! perfect ! LOL
  9. nobody has ever said anything negative to me about my tattoos,if they do I will blurt out something rude & sarcastic, I always show mine (clothing wise) as much as I can, even my work is totally cool with it,the inmates actually compliment me on them. I wear short sleeves at work and shorts & tees all the other time.
  10. we have lost another legend, 😞 I am so glad I have a tattoo from him that I love.
  11. after 4 or 5 days, especially under the saniderm,it will be fine, just start using a little bit of a good lotion like Aveeno a few times a day, you don't need to reapply saniderm or tegaderm after the first 4 days of the saniderm. just keep it clean and aveeno and keep it out of the sun, if your sports bra starts hurting then wear a looser fitting bra or no bra for a couple days. working out is ok if you don't hit the tattoo, but IMO working out can wait a week more.
  12. https://saniderm.com/product/personal-size-10-2-in-x-2-yd-roll/ I use this stuff all the time. makes healing a breeze, they ship fast.
  13. driving and working should be no problem. keep it clean, you will be fine.
  14. swelling is totally normal, keep it elevated, ice it up a little, treat it like an injury,
  15. if you are "quite happy with it",then the artist is doing a good job. it looks fine,
  16. yes,any good artist will notice them and not tattoo over them. if they don't notice them then you went to the wrong artist
  17. I have some very old flames and fire from the 80's,,,,,traditional, probably not what you are looking for
  18. some of mine itch and some don't our skin varies from place to place on our bodies and so will healing
  19. I use Palmer's cocoa butter as soon as I take off the saniderm, or right away if I don't use saniderm
  20. I can't go ,but you should check out Greg Christians Jerry paintings on driftwood he has for sale

    Hello!

keep in mind laser tattoo removal is not that, it's really just tattoo lightening , and if you want to be a tattoo artist, please don't just dabble with a Chinese eBay kit, go get some art education and then maybe if you are lucky enough to get an apprenticeship and proper training at a reputable shop, then in 3 or 4 years you might get a job as a tattooer.
  22. IMO on fully healed tattoos especially with protective gloves and clothing, the heat shouldn't have any effect on your tattoos, or skin, other than being a little irritating from the heat. and as far as aging !?!?! you and your body are going to heal in their own way. the sun, smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol have more effect on aging and looking aged than baking or heat or anything to do with tattoos.
