OutOfIdeas got a reaction from MadeIndelible in Latest tattoo lowdown.....
Ive had some fairly heavily scabbed work, from before I changed my routine, that healed well. I didnt change due to loss of ink or anything, just didn't like the scabs

Just let him lick it better! I mean, him cleaning it has to help, right? Otherwise dog's wouldn't naturally lick their own wounds. Logic.

OutOfIdeas reacted to Pugilist in New to the site with a question about a healing tat!
I would say this is the worst advice ever posted on this board, but then there was your advice re: sexual harassment the other day, so...
(No seriously, to any lurkers stumbling upon this thread: hand tattoos are not socially acceptable and reputable tattooers don't just hand them out like candy.)

That sentence still stands if you remove the word "love".

I can help! Get a big tiger on your ribs, or a huge snake there, or a tiger/snake combo. Or just a big ol' eagle on your chest.
In all seriousness, welcome! Who's the artist that you've picked?

I agree, roses go with literally anything, and almost anywhere. Aaaaaaand if you get lucky and pick up a rose from either Valerie (saw one she did with a reaper a few weeks ago that floored me) or Oliver at Frith Street (or anyone there actually) you will make me incredibly jealous.

And here we are again :)
Today/tonight was the 4th session, this time 3 hours, I could have gone longer but my artist needed to pick up a guest artist from the airport.
Anyway we still made good progress, my other side is now completely shaded as is my right left. Next session we are going to do the rest of the shading on my left leg, and on my ass (ouch! : ) ) and put some black in the clothing, and then we're done with the black and its onto color!

Can we just send Mr. Wells a shirt and call it even? I feel like thats the best way to go about this...

hopefully that worked.
This is my black lab, Ella. We've had her mother for 6-7 years, she's now 3 or 4. She was the runt of the litter, we hadn't planned on keeping any, but we just couldn't let her go. She's mostly very mellow, affectionate, and a bit awkward. She also looks funny in this picture, cause she tends to slumped against the couch like that, she's a bit weird. This is probably what I miss most after leaving my hometown, although she's my dog she lives at my parent's house, where she has her mother and two others to play with.

Oops, my bad. I misunderstood, probably because I generally prefer people to rescue rather than breed, as we have always done before this. The internet is always hard for me, no inflections to help guess the tone of messages

Not sure if the "spay, neuter, rescue......" part was aimed at me, but just to clarify the other three dogs (including Ella's mother are either shelter dogs, or given to us when their owners couldn't keep them. The lab was given to us, and bred because dad thought it would mature her, which it did, and all puppies had homes before the breeding. If that wasn't aimed at me, then whoops. Your mini Aussie is adorable by the way!

Go in towards Oakland, maybe Hayward even. With the BART system it's easy to get around. Stay away from Walnut creek, very expensive

Oakland is always an option for cheaper living. Lots of cool restaurants that one could possibly apply to.
