@Cork thanks for that, I love Kian's style much to my bank balances disgust. A few days ago I committed to continuing to both ankles, so bodysuit here we come. :)
As for everyone else thanks for the input, I like when the nipples are incorporated into a design and not necessarily tattooed, however at least for my RHS nipple it happens to be right in the middle of background clouds so my guess is we will be tattooing it. :( And if I do RHS then LHS will be done. On the bright side though my front will include the Munewari so at least we don't have to have another conversation about including something else sensitive. :) :)

I am pro nipple obliteration. I have a blank front at the moment but am trying to brainstorm up the best way to do a full front piece that works for women.

A mermaid spanning from my upper arm into my lower. Positioned such that her belly button is in the inside crook of my elbow and when I bend my arm, she swims.

I forgot about this one on the other inner bicep. This one was done by Nick Collela on a visit from Chicago a couple of years ago.

And+1 to weird gaps...had Paul Dobleman do a Dietzel design (snake around skinny dagger) on the back of the wells arm. Not sure what I'm gonna do with the other yet.

RHW inner bicep crew. It was a pretty dumb choice to get this as my second tattoo, given how uncomfortable the location turned out to be/how badly I sat.
The only thing with covering your inner and outer bicep with one largeish tattoo each is that you then have that weird back-of-the-arm area to fill. Thank goodness for snakes, daggers, torches...

It turns out that it's really difficult to take pictures of your inner biceps but here are mine. The skull is from Ron Henry Wells and the Haeckel mandala type deal is from Thomas Hooper. I am glad I don't have to get that part of my body tattooed anymore.

I go to a shop that is wide open, as well. They have portable screens that they can put up whenever the customer is getting something in an area that would leave him/her exposed, though. If I recall correctly, I was totally topless when I got my lower bra line tattoo. When possible, I draped the T-Shirt over my chest to cover the nipples but other times, I had to hold my breasts up and out of the way so that the artist could work.
While I'm nowhere near Dolly Parton in terms of breast size, going without a bra wasn't an option for me. I used somewhat tight camisoles for the next two weeks as I healed instead of bras. This worked well for me. I also used those camisoles when I got my sternum to shoulders done so that bra straps wouldn't irritate the shoulder area.

OK for me, I do a lot of walk in stuff and as we work in a student town we get a lot of requests for pinterest style stuff. It irks me when people ask for an exact copy of tattoo AND placement (aren't tattoos meant to be individual?), obviously we usually don't copy but if it's a crescent moon outline 2cm big there's only so much you can do with that. We also get huge gangs of girls especially who all try and pile in to watch, and there's usually a tattoo 'expert' among them who of course knows more about tattooing than you do. It also grinds me when someone has to ask all 8 of their friends whether the placement is alright. Before you even get them in the chair, I also hate it when people get shitty with you when you try and advise them on placement, size etc and look at you like you're being a dick. Honestly I could take your money but I'd rather give you a good solid tattoo.
I realise I'm on a roll here, and this is probably a UK thing but I pretty much get asked every single day,3/4x a day whether I watch tattoo fixers. I tell them I don't have a TV licence (which is true). Also fuck those guys.

Hey everyone, it's been a while. It's been 2+ years since I've gotten tattooed, but I'm happy to report that I have an appointment with David Parker at Black Heart Tattoo in San Francisco at the end of the month.
