@Zillah that's awful! I hope your tattoo experiences are much more comfortable and enjoyable from now on! -

seconded. i have been tattooed by her, awesome lady and artist. got her own signature look for both her lady heads and japanese work. she delivers both the beautiful and the bad ass (as you requested) plus the work she has been posting recently just blows me away. i need to get tattooed by her again...

I voted for Claudia with out viewing the other options. She is that good that I am comfortable just blindly voting for her. But my opinion is based soles on viewing her work on instagram. I think there are at least 1 or 2 LST members with work from her that can offer more insight into how great she is.

I love how one of the standard pearl clutching responses to tattoos is about how they'll look when you're old. Based on this thread, they hide a multitude of sins- tattooed folk are going to look darn amazing!

The problem is, The Dude, that you come across as one of those boorish oafs who shouts everyone down and can never be wrong. You made an ill-advised comment, people tried to explain this to you. Instead of taking in what they were saying you attacked them whilst playing some sort of weird victim card. If you'd just tried to engage with people and understand what they were saying, even if you didn't agree, this could have gone a very different way. You could easily have accepted your comment might be offensive, explained why you didn't mean it to sound like that, job done.
A brief aside: calling ladies "shit birds" is a pretty poor example of not being sexist. Just so you know for future.

I'm fairly certain that none of the ladies who post on this board give a flying fuck whether toss-pots on the internet think they are attractive or not, based on their tattoos or otherwise.
Also, this argument works both ways. Some men who are heavily tattooed are 'hot', some aren't.
I wonder how attractive the naysayers are? Not very, I'd wager.

I just came across this on another forum. It's the last comment that tickles me:
Well, if the internet says so...

I'm gonna arse up the RHW month combo with another Valerie Vargas piece!
Even though most people know this, both Valerie and Stewart are seriously awesome people. If I had infinite skin and infinite money I could very happily spend all day getting tattooed and listening to their stories!

@suburbanxcore and @graybones if you're going to play it like that, I'm going to throw this into the ring and we're going to have a three-way Ron Wells showdown.

@suburbanxcore , since you're entering your Ron Wells wolf, I'll throw in his cousin, the Ron Wells fox:

Done by Ron Henry Wells at the Philadelphia convention. It's finally healed, so I figured I'd throw it in here.

My latest piece from Ross Nagle:
As per my introduction thread, the top of the skull looks a little distorted because of the way my arm is turned but you get the idea.
(I really need to get healed pics!!)

I teach writing for a living. Reading that poster has my marking-hand twitching.

I decided to test this theory, being unfamiliar with Dio and today's work requiring a little 'awesoming' up. This just resulted in my secretary, a quite stuffy retirement-aged man who had come into my office to do some filing, throwing me the devil horns and having a little mosh. It's made my day. Dio for the win.

That's a great post @beez. Very honest and open. What a great way to turn something negative around into being something very positive. I think taking ownership over our thoughts and bodies is a very important step to being happy in life. Thank you for your wise words :)
And I like your conclusion. Hear hear.
