I had my knuckles tattooed when I was in reform school. Love and Hate.

They were tattooed at night, in between the patrols. Done with a single neeedle and some indian ink.

After I came out I had them surgically removed. So I've just got some faint scars.

If you want to see some incredible prison tattoos the Russian Criminal Tattoo books are a good read. The film The Mark of Cain is also well worth a watch, if you're into prison tattoos.

I couldn't stick to the same tattooer or tattooers as I'm a complete tattoo slut.

Brooklyn Lager beer porn?!? Say it ain't so... having that stuff pushed on me for six years while living a few blocks from the brewery, never got over the taste. IMO the chocolate stout and the "brewmaster's choice" were the only things worth drinking.

On a side note, Rodenbach's Grand Cru, as of late, is my downfall...

Brooklyn Lager is not on the list. Having said that Brooklyn lager has only good memories for me.

First time I drank that was on my first visit to the Big Apple at The Grand Central Oyster Bar.

The last one I had done just over a week ago is proving to be a bit of a bitch to heal.

It's a very small tattoo but its on the outside of my forearm just where it bends. The majority of it is healing well but there's an area, prob about only one centimetre right on the bend that is quite scabby.

Apparently the Goose Island 312 is Obama's favourite beer...

And Bill Clintons is Goose Monica. ;)

@Duffa I've just sent Franz an email asking if the Wood Street Tattoo he is working at is definately in London.

Google returned 3 results for Wood Street, in London. One is in the financial area and the other two are on dodgy looking housing estates.

It'd be good if it was Swindon he does some nice work.

Discovered a great little studio called Wood Street Tattoo in my home town, Swindon, of all places.

Got this skull as a walk in from a super nice guy, Kris Manyana. I think he did a really nice job.
