ps - I have been "crossfitting" (don't really like this term as i know it has a dirty connotation to some) for 5 years and love it. I was a division 1 college athlete and have been involved in strength and conditioning for a long time. It's certainly not the only way to train, but it works great for me - Like anything open source, that grows as quickly as CF has, you are going to have good and bad coaches. Somebody has mentioned the mobilitywod.com It is a great source and I am lucky to say that Kelly is my coach at San Francisco Crossfit. If I am not there doing kipping pull-ups you will find me in my garage following westsides conjugate method or running up and down my block dragging chains behind me.

i have about 20-25 tattoos from the guys at smith street. 7 were planned and the rest came off the walls for the most part. getting tattooed there is the best/most fun tattoo experience every single time.

APT Pro wrist straps stock them and any heavy duty stuff you could ever desire ,their quality is second to none as I've had a pair of their basic wrist-straps over ten years .

just got a bunch of new photos of my dad's tattoos from Goodtime Charlie, back when he was in Kansas in the early '80s. i'll upload them a little bit later.

painting Don Nolan did to put on his back, but the tattoo never happened. at some point in time some moisture got in there and fucked it up a little.

Anyone else here ever use chains? I first tried them in @Hrubarb's garage and went out a bought a set right away. I really like them for Louie Simmons-style "speed" days. That's what I plan to do tonight: bench with chains and box squats with chains. Trying to add break through some sticking points on those lifts.

I'm booked with Bob on March 22. And I'd like to echo my man @Avery Taylor's comments above and say that I'd love to get something from Bryan Burk. He is a chip off the old Spotlight block, but with his own take on things. I can't wait to see what you get from him!
