    Consider this...
If you have a bad cold or flu...your immune system is run down.
A tattoo is going to slam your system down even further and yeah you'll have a sweet tattoo but it's going to more painful to receive and your recovery from both the tattoo and the sickness is going to take even longer.
Furthermore, you just got your tattooer sick...who then spreads it further to the other clients and tattooers in the shop and/or means he may have to cancel upcoming appointments.
If you're sick...stay home, rest and reschedule your appointments.
(On the flip side...yeah dayquil/nyquil works great to numb you out from the pain. But it will give you a bad stomach ache afterwards. So be pro-active, keep your body fit and healthy and your golden.)

Right on @bongsau - I got really sick last year, right before an appointment and I CALLED the shop before the appointment, so I didn't infect the entire shop and ruin my experience (day of and afterwards). Wonder what the OP did???

But I only recommended it as a more natural antibiotic without the side effects to achieve the results the OP asked for.
No word about how pure it is but it would have helped with being asymptomatic.
Yes, I know about all the chemicals in everything. I worked for a chemicals company, studied sciences including biology and chemistry...but I recommended what I felt would give the quickest and best results given the situation :)

Not to divert this thread even further but... First: colds are caused by viruses, and antibiotics are not the same as antivirals. Second, we don't even know what this person has going on beyond having a "cold" so to recommend anything that could be a detriment to the progression of the illness, without garnering more information is unethical. Standard things are fine, but even garlic can make a hot type of cold worse. Just because one thing has worked for one person in the past, does not mean it is appropriate for everyone.
This is the last I am going to post on this topic because clearly it makes no difference whatsoever and I'm wasting my time and energy. I'm getting off my soapbox now.
    Hahaha @xcom.

It's 0530 here, just woken and I find myself coming here to LST to help me get in the frame for the day.
The usual routine begins. 0630 extra sweet coffee. 0700 long warm shower. 0745 pack a cooler bag with 6X stubbies of Coopers Pale Ale & Mercury Cider. 0800 hit McDonalds for an English breakfast wrap meal/ small orange juice.
0830 hit the road churning out some Tattooed Mother Fuckers on the stereo.
0915 arrive at destination, tattooer and I close the door to the private room and begin the morning by filling the room with smoke, exchange a few laughs and sharing a couple of stubbies.
1030 in the zone for today's neck slam.
Today, should be done by 1300, home by 1400, hot shower/ cider post tattoo aftercare.
    Happy days.
Filling the shark with background today, smoke, flames and lightning.

hey man, first off i feel for you and things will get better. day by day, it may be up and down, but overall hang in there. And by "hang in there", i mean don't hang onto her.
If/when your girlfriend wants to "talk", IMO its best to tell her you've moved on and don't want any false hope from a girl who after 3 years decided to end things. no matter how hard it is, the worst thing is to drag something painful on. Hope there was some closure, where you and her bother were able to tell each other exactly what you feel.
if things get really hard for you, its a great idea to talk to someone about it. friends/family too if you've got some good ones.
also, i found writing out your thoughts/fears/anger just to vent, really helps. i would hesitate with having any contact with her. its not worth it! get rid of everything that reminds you of her. that helps.
Take it at your own pace, but go out and distract yourself. reconnect with old friends, immerse yourself in hobbies, work, and work on yourself.
    best of luck man
    one love

hallucinations are hallucinations, but combine them with multi dimensional energy, and you've got some crazy stories. is it literally what they think they perceive? most likely not, because as humans we're still limited to our own imaginations and senses, but there are things we can't explain that could be as real as anything. /justathought ;)
seeing some awesome demon/devil head art really makes me want something like that. possibly something to represent the positive also, but i'm not a fan of angels very much
hey man, like, sometimes , i just, like, don't feel like, showering, ya know?? :p

    Dark Hippies ? :D
It's a possibility..there are so many theories out there it makes my head spin sometimes. All interesting but then there are some really frilly stories about angels etc. that just sound too fairytale- ish :D
But then again.. weird stuff I have experienced for myself. I'm just not so quick to paint a colorful picture.
I think a demon can represent both. The whole "Angels are good" and "Demons are bad" thing is more of a modern religious view I suppose. A demon could look pretty awesome as a tattoo with all the detail and shading.

had my chest down about 20 years ago by a friend, i had at least 20 hours of tattooing before that so i thought it would be a breeze. My pal hadn't much experience and was really digging for gold with the needle. At one point he said I'm going to give my self a hernia. I was gritting my teeth so hard haha. The thing is when i went back a couple of weeks later to get it finished and knew what to expect it was fine, hurt but not that bad. All power of the mind!
