Queen Rocks got a reaction from Hogrider in Opinion about style
I think he's just pulling your leg. It looks great!

Queen Rocks reacted to Mdk in Is this normal outline work
Some good news, found a artist who will take the work on, I will have to accept a compromise on the original work. But he is going to extend it as a half sleeve and hide a lot of the inconsistencies. Estimated around 6-8 hrs work.
It will be two sessions, first one will be the 14th after a cancellation opened up a slot.
I was offered a full cover up, but it would be a very dark piece which I don't really want.
The original artist has now offered me a full refund, while it helps its still not a great situation.

Queen Rocks reacted to shaunp94 in Is this normal? Just removed dermalize.
I must admit the flakes of skin that are coming off are still coming off a little bit sticky with the Dermalize that didn’t come off. Thank you all for putting my mind at ease a bit! 🙂 Here’s my other tattoo on the other side 🙂

It takes 4 - 6 weeks to heal a tattoo. Don't overthink it. You know that rough/dry patches are NORMAL during the healing process, right?

It just has to heal. It'll be fine.

Your dog is super adorable!!
Here's one of my dogs when she was just a pup. Maybe I'll post pics of her all grown up later (she's 11 now).

I haven’t got any back pieces done but I have my shoulder. Why not try wearing a bikini top? Then that way there’s only two strings to contend with and they can be untied when he gets to the center. Your front would still be covered (you’d be lying on your stomach most likely, or maybe sitting in a chair leaning on the back?). Your sleeve is amazing, I love it.

Welcome! Your sleeve looks sick!
For your back piece, maybe wear a halter top or tank top so you can easily pull down the side that's being worked on? Only an idea. I have no experience because A) I don't have a large back piece (yet) and B) I'm a dude.

Ours does the same but he pees while doing it 🙃. He’s mental. Lol. We have a mini too, he’s 25 pounds and he’s adorable. Totally not tattoo related but here’s a pic of them.

Saniderm is my hero. Luckily I don't seem to be allergic to the adhesive. It's just so handy to not worry about bumping into stuff or pets etc. I had a few healing blems on tattoos before I caught wind of this stuff; never going back to the old way.

Amen to the pets lol. I have two very hyper active golden doodles, one is 75 pounds and thinks he’s a lapdog and is so clumsy with his giraffe legs it’s not funny LOL.

Nothing's changed for me. I'm still using Dial Gold soap and Lubriderm (fragrance free).

Queen Rocks reacted to oboogie in Hello guys, I’m new here! I did this tattoo 3 days ago but the lines seem to be really blown out, I’m a bit worried, as I’m afraid it will get worst. Is there a fix for this type of blowout?
Jesus Christ. No. You're a scratcher. Stop doing this shit to yourself.

Ignore other people. It looks nothing like a swastika. The end.

Queen Rocks got a reaction from oboogie in New Member...and With Tattoo Regret as well
Just got back from my first session since the pandemic hit. Never had a chance to get a touch up and glad that I was finally able to! My artist, Joshua Ross, gave it another pass through (going over the outlines especially). Should settle in nicely once healed. Now on to the itching, my favorite part. And whatever anxieties I felt a few weeks back have subsided. I'm embarrassed to have freaked out over it, and I really am quite proud of the way it's come out. Btw, I was stoked to find out that my tattoo was featured in the official Queen fan club magazine this month. Anyway, thanks to everyone who took the time to read and respond in this topic. Cheers.

It’s pretty well done in my opinion. Definitely don’t see a swastika and honestly I think your “friend” probably doesn’t realise how much damage that comment has done. It definitely looks like a 4 and I never would have thought otherwise. I think it’s easy for people to criticise someone because 1. They’re jealous 2. They’re insecure or 3. They’re just an outright asshole.
it’s been a year in the making, don’t let a stupid untrue comment like that, prevent you from enjoying it.
