    Really sorry @SeeSee, we had to call time on our first dog Samson and it's a horrible surreal experience . Having healthy pets really reinforces to us how anything should live and as hard as it was we / you did the right thing . Anyway here's a couple of pics of our lads firstly on holiday in Blue Anchor beach and secondly blue steel Butch looking G.Q. smooth .

    @misterJ Ha , ha I've been saying the same thing about our society for a while also and I guess I'm probably your age or older . Then again if you read the book "Hagakure " the Samurai were saying much the same thing in the early 1700's , so go figure .

    Passed stage 2 of my track racing accreditation . This is the Olympic velodrome our track stars triumphed on in 2012 .

    Sadly our first staff (Sampson ) was also diabetic and had Cushings syndrome , he died a couple of weeks before Christmas . Tom was desperate for a playmate to bundle with and so we rescued Butch .

    @RoryQ Whats popular with a lot of the powerlifting fraternity at the moment is using a car buffer / polisher to break up heavy scar tissue , sounds nuts but many swear by it .

    I've used the Dax and Murray's but find them too heavy and they leave a lot of build-up in my hair . My two personal favourites are Black and White genuine Pluko or the lite version and I absolutely love Imperial Barbershop Classic Pomade , it's a little pricey but it's water based so it rinses clean and smells really fresh like watermelon .
