I've noticed a lot of tattoos in video games recently. In GTA5 there is a tattoo shop that allows you to purchase some designs, but most are reserved as rewards for completing game content.

The game overtly links tattooing to criminal behaviour. (Pull off five heists, get a chest tattoo, etc) I admit I'm not too fussed about it. And I'm looking forward to getting more than one in-game tattoo.

Today I found this YouTube clip for Assassin's Creed 4.

It seems to be called the "tattoo trailer." I thought it was interesting that it seems to feature more traditional style (ish) tattoos than other games which generally focus on black and gray or realistic styles.

Got this off Chad K at the London convention yeasterday, back of forearm, swollen and sore :D

Since I've been traveling down to London to getting my back done, I have got into an habit of trying different burger joints before my session, and having a good few beers after.

ftr Honest Burger in Soho is the best so far, others worth a look are Shake Shack, Byron Burger and 5 guys

I had a session on my back at Frith Street today, while I was there Stewart managed to squeeze me in for a qucky, and I so glad he did, I love it

This thread has been too quiet lately with regards to personal progress. Anyone have something coming up? I'm not due until September 2nd.

I'm in for session number 7 on friday around 4 to go after that, can't wait till it's fished, I'm already planning my front :D

So far for me it was the love handles, not had my legs done yet but it was worse than inner bicep and elbow! Completely different type of pain though, it burned :(

Next up is all lower back, spine, kidneys, ass it's going to be a long few hours :D

and don't get me wrong here, there are amazing artist in Leeds, but your not really paying that much more in the capital!

Its a nautical piece, mermaids ship and what not, loosely based around a Bert Grimm design, what you getting? she was saying she hadn't done a back piece for ages then loads have come a long at once :D

Started mine with Valerie yesterday, it's looking great so far, I don't want to put pics up yet until the lines works finished but the design is awesome! cant wait till it's finished! the old love handles sting like hell :D
