I've been hearing about this all year and finally checked it out... holy shit this looks fun/intense.

Im hoping someone on here has/is doing it this year and can give me some input as to how intense this is and what the training was like. Im looking forward to doing it next year, but the training on the website confuses the shit out of me.

that looks INTENSE!!! lol and part of me actually wants to try something like that! besides commenting on how cool it looks i have no other info for you D, sorry. no one else around me would be crazy enough to do that! that live wire section is ridiculous!

My boss is doing the warrior run, which is a slightly less intense verison of this. They put in atleast 3 miles running a day. When it gets closer they will add weight training and off trail running. Endurance is the biggest challenge, and team work helps. I was thinking of trying this next year, it looks like so much fun!

I feel like I could try it but would end up getting fucked over in the swimming part, I don't think I could swim across a lake after all the other stuff

I'll fly out to SF to train with you guys. Got let go from my job yesterday so I got nothin but TIME. (Ok, I don't have the money for a flight, but still..)

Hell yeah. I woke up at 4am this morning. Ran Adams point twice and did prison workouts in the dark by the lake. I thought I was gonna get raped.

If I was in the Bay Area I would be there with you D... but alas I'm not. It sounds fun though. Maybe I'll just do the training with no tough mudders challenge.

oh man 4am? that's brutal! i was thinking more like 7 or 8 haha. i'll be getting home at 11:30, so i'd like get 6 to 7 hours of sleep at least before attempting to do any of those exercises.
