That kid probably never even touched a cassette tape.

exactly as you described! it sounds normal enough. gravity makes the swelling travel to the ankle most of the time. take over the counter anti inflammatories and drink plenty of water to help circulation. any time you get to rest keep your leg elevated. sometimes i may keep the new tattoo wrapped up for the first day (will wash before wrapping up in the morning and if possible re-wrap during the day, take off completely as soon as you get home) to help against swelling and overly weepy tattoos.
the above is for longer sessions but usually your normal routine should work fine

Im in the process of restoring this footage- originally shot on 8mm film in the 1970s, converted to VHS in the 80s where this rip comes from. Doing me best to color correct it, but the VHS is suffering digital rot. Shot at Ken Myers Kissimmee shop.

I'm Jen, and I'm new round here. I've read a lot of posts here, so I thought I'd join in the banter.
I am a tattoo collector. 90% of mine are by Joshua Henderson at Brainstorm Tattoo in Fayetteville, Arkansas, who I think is crazy talented. I also have been tattooed by Richard Stell, and I'm getting another from him the Oklahoma Tattoo Convention at the end of this month. I'm a big admirer of Richard and Jennifer Stell, who are two of the coolest people I've had the chance to meet. I've been helping Jennifer with proofreading and updating the tattoo convention website. Good times! I guess I'll post a few of my tattoos in subsequent posts.

everybody's body has imperfections. and no tattoo is perfect.
tattoo has helped a lot of people 'reclaim' their insecurities about the body they've been blessed with. perhaps it can do the same for you.
(be forewarned - butt tattoos ain't a joke, not an easy sit)

New LST looking to make new friends and keep up with some of the best. Also acquired a machine that feels great looks even better and is enscribed with #28/L that is all. If anyone has any info or questions please reply.

HATE. It's humid and gross, and I also hate it.

Maybe try getting in touch with The Tattoo Archive?  Chuck Eldridge has a wealth of knowledge about tattoo history so maybe he knows of who was tattooing around there at that time and can help you out.  Lucky's is another good bet.  Good luck with your search.

What is this "neo" you speak of?

Finally finished this huge thigh piece a few days ago, loosely based on the cover for one of my favorite metal albums! Pictures taken a couple hours after when I was still ridiculously red and swollen. I'll be sure to post better pics once it's done peeling. Done by Sam Warren at Dreams Collide in Lancaster, PA.

Finished my lower leg with Grez at King's Ave NYC. He added the (bloody and swollen) lighthouse and ROA piece to go along with the clipper ship from Russ Abbott.  I couldn't be happier with how he was able to tie it all together. Sorry for the giant pic, I'll post healed shots in a couple of weeks, there's a video on my IG: wedge45.
