Here's my new one, done yesterday at the mondial du tatouage by Chad Koeplinger! STOKED!!!

Had my 4th session on my back with Chad K this past friday at Congress St Tattoo in Portsmouth, NH. I'm sure several have seen these pics already, but I love this thread and wanted to join the fun even if it's not a "full" back piece.
Could not be more thrilled with it. I love Chad and I love this tattoo. He thinks only 2 more sessions till we're done!
I think it helps that I'm a small guy. Less to color :)
Lying down pic was taken by Chad night of, and the standing up pic was taken by my wife the next morning after that dreaded first shower. Lighting is terrible in the second pic, but you get the idea.

You're going to have a lot of fun. I loved getting tattooed by Chad because he has this great, warm, big personality and you just get stoked spending time with him.

Wow, when I read the thread title and article topic, I just assumed it was birthmark on her face.
Sure, her birthmark is big, but it's on her leg. Your otherwise healthy child has a birthmark on her leg that can be covered by pants most of the time; and at a later dated could almost certainly could be lasered to be lighter/less visible.
Maybe this is just my perspective as the father of a child with special needs; but this seems super dumb to me.
It's also a waste of money and quality tattoo real estate.

It's been a good amount of time since I've posted here. The only real interesting news in the tattoo world is that I have an appointment with Chad K @ Rock of Ages in April. Big ol' tiger on the knee.
That should be a fun flight home.

It's really hard to take a picture of your own legs (especially when you're apparently too stupid to remember to set the camera on a timer). A year ago I had no leg tattoos and no plans to get any, so it feels like they're filling up fast - though of course I have tons of room left.

I feel like I'm doing a double post because I already submit my last tattoo for the February contest but I guess it would fit here too! ^^

than I was expecting (I knew it would be massive but for me it reach the perfection!)

If you're lying on your side and being blasted, it's amazing how just placing a pillow between your thighs can help.
Total comfort is necessary for long & painful sittings.

I'm actually lucky enough to have an appointment with Scott Sylvia in march! Just wanted to actually give a quick thanks to all the members of LST because without all the conversations about tattoos I would have been stuck with a bunch of mediocre tattoos on my body. When I first joined I was only getting my second tattoo and didn't even really know what to look for in an artist. Since then (about a year) I have my forearm, a half sleeve, and now this upcoming appointment with Scott Sylvia. So thanks to all of you!

Booked in with Eddy Deutsche in a couple weeks at Marius Meyer's studio, and I'm getting a small one from Grez at Blue Arms Tattoo in May. So pumped that more and more great tattooers decide to visit Norway when they're out traveling.

Sessions 3+4 on Monday and Tuesday with Sir Hooper.
Gonna have a serious crankle on Wednesday.

A rose or multiple roses go with everything, but especially with panthers.

Roses will look great. I'm a panther with roses guy myself - just not nearly as epic as yours.
