I've been getting my glasses from one of those 10 dollar a pair chinese sites- they are pretty good

i can't see worth a damn and i too hate glasses poseurs

Black Plastic Glasses - check

Vans Slipons - check, though sometimes I still wear zipperhead frankenstein boots

Nonsense Tattoos, some featuring monocles and pipes - check

Rides a Bike- check, have gears though im a fatass

Dickies and Flannels almost every day- check

Beardo- check

Roll up Pants - check, sometimes, I'm also really short and a 30 is too long

I've been doing all of these things without change since like 1994 though, when it was a byproduct of being into grunge and cypress hill, I swear I'm not a hipster I'm too old! lol

I do have to cop to the fact that I'm wearing a die antwoord zef side tshirt today though :facepalm:

I also listen to bauhaus and public image ltd almost daily, though I'm currently on my "rancid" pandora channel

Yesterday I drove up to see Erik Von Bartholomaus. I cannot recommend getting tattooed by him enough, I had an awesome time, some adventure, and a ton of great stories (esp about the tarot deck and Dan H.) and amazing art all over the place- it was a great way to spend the day

i didnt think the underarm was that bad really

for me, the stomach was by far the worst

i just cut off 4 months growth- trimming accident lol

Funny story

Yesterday I was happily strolling around a local renaissance fair when I got called over by a fortune teller. I told her I was sorry that I had used up all my cash (on a sweet bone ring) and she was like that's cool I'll read your palm anyway...so I extended my left hand, the tattooed one, and she got all wide eyed and was like "do you know what this image means?" and I was like "of course" and she proceded to tell me that I carried too many heavy burdens in my life and was an outsider....easy enough for a heavily tattooed person right? Still true enough and I scrounged up 5 bux for her before I left the fair.

The image on my palm is inspired by the scene in The Holy Mountain where the Alchemist and the Thief are breaking the stone, and the Alchemist tells the Thief every stone has a soul....Its a short obelisk with an eye representing a soul.

@ShawnPorter I have a question if you dont mind- I got my palm done almost 2 weeks ago and its in the grippy scaley stage...I know you bike and I was wondering how long you abstained from riding with your fingers/palms?

Yesterday I drove up to Denton MD and got a gunslinger from Krooked Ken- a true gentleman tattooer. Had a great time talking about hog farming too haha. I then drove to Morgantown vw, slept on top of a mountain, and on to Point Pleasant for lunch at the Mothman Festival then home- 1032 miles in 37 hours. Fun trip!
