I'll be there on the Friday for a couple of hours. No plans to get tattooed (got an onward flight the following day to Cambodia, can't face trying to heal anything in the soupy conditions I'm expecting) but if there's a meet-up I'll have a coffee and shake some hands...!

I am travelling down to London for the convention this year. Only other convention I have ever been to is the the Brighton convention which I believe is a bit smaller. Really looking forward to it as the line up of Artists looks awesome. Getting tattooed by Henning Jorgenson on the Saturday evening. Should be a good weekend.

Wow, very lucky getting work from Henning! Last year he was in a booth with Mike Rubendall, i could have spent the whole weekend sat in front of those guys.

Just left the con. My first time at the London show, so I have no idea how it compared to other years but... Wow, some amazing stuff happening already.

Couldn't get any work done but wandered around hoovering up t-shirts...

Said hello to Valerie from frith street (briefly, their stall was one of the busiest I saw)... Nice to meet a famous LSTer- and she was very nice.

Some random pics. I hung out with the East Tattoo guys and had a cask ale. Good day.

Great day yesterday, got a little leopard head in my elbow ditch (far from a pleasant experience). I did see a guy in an LST t shirt walk past while i was being tattooed but i wasn't really in a position to get up and accost him!

I'll throw a pic on when i've got rid of this hangover :/

It was a great day for leopard heads. Who did yours?

So i see from the latest tattoo thread! Mine was done by Ross Nagle, more of a snow leopard vibe as it's mostly blue, so happy with it. I'll throw a pic in the other thread after i give it a wash, it's pretty raised right now but i guess that's just because of the location.

      First let me say I've never seen exactly that related to tattoos. Second, I am NOT a doctor, so take any advice with a grain of salt and follow it at your own risk. I do have something like that which appears on my face from time to time. After multiple visits to the dermatologist, which didn't fix it, I finally came up with my own treatment. Whenever it flairs up, I just wipe the area down with plain rubbing alcohol three or four times a day to keep it dry. That usually works within a couple of days. Again, I'm not a doctor, but I don't think it would hurt anything for you to try that. Good Luck.

      Hey, I have a serious problem! I got a tattoo in Manila 4 weeks ago. The artist is very well known and is one of the most renowed. 2 day after tattooing, small pimples began to form on my thight an many at the tattoo. 3 days later i had fever at night (just at night). After that, the pimpels began to spread very quickly all over the body. (back stomach etc..) I have now been to 3 doctors and everyone is at a loss. The blood work is fine and with no anomalies. Antibiotic ointment and cortisone ointment did not help. Xyzall allergy tablets did not help either. When i took cortisone tablets, 90% of the pimpels disappeared on the tattoo, but not on the other parts of the body. Now that I´am no longer taking cortisone, the pimpels on the tattoo are starting to grow back again very quick. On the other parts of the skin , the pimpels are sometimes lighter and sometimes stronger. This can be change hourly. They don´t hurt and hardy lever itch. Of course I´am afraid of a tattoo allergie. Has anyone already had this problem ? Does anyone know what that could be ? I add photos: 1) Photo directly after tattooing. 2) 2 Photos with the pimpels after a week 3) After 3 weeks while taking cortisone. 4) Photo of the body on the left.
