Done in Petaluma, CA by Clayton @ Electric Oni Tattoo. My cousin Tori passed away, leaving her husband and 5 year old boy behind. She was the best addition to our family and she will be missed. She had the same tattoo on her forearm, but hers said "Angel's Wings Carry Me Home" From Social D. "Bella Demise" was her nickname, which suited her perfectly.

I'm getting tattooed by Robert Ryan on Monday and Deno on Tuesday.

Both are in hellish (inner thigh and armpit) spots that I expect to leave me crying like a wee baby. This whole painting myself into a corner thing was dumb. I should have started with the shit spots and ended up 36 years old and making appointments for my forearms.

I had 3 hours of work done on my half sleeve yesterday...mostly black/gray work done. Ryan Willard is doing it here in Denver. Mostly he did the back of my arm and damn, that hurt like hell. Especially around the armpit...but its looking pretty nice!

My wife and I spent all day with Stuart Cripwell yesterday. Healed pics later, because mine looks extra gnarly, but man...that guy is in a class of his own. Friendly, humble and talented. We've wanted something from him for a few years now, and I'm glad we waited to figure out just what to get. We're both so stoked on our pieces!

Well, homeward bound piece all finished ... About 3.5 hours in the chair yesterday at Deluxe Tattoo with Chris Smith, probably the same amount of time the first sitting was. So it's turned out to be quite a nice-sized piece, filling up the thigh nicely. Thunder and lighting backround, flowers for the border at the base. i'll try and get a pic up next week but for the moment I'm still in Chicago on vacation and logging on in an Apple store :P

    • One of the hardest decisions you’ll ever have to make. I told my wife to just hand me a bottle of oxy and tell me that they are chicklets.
